The first time I came across this book, I was already captured by the title, especially since I am very close to my grandmother Slow afternoon cuddles are the sweetest! Who can resist this adorable cuteness?!! 😻💕 I picked this book because it was recommended by one of my favourite Filipino artists. I was excited at first, and the story started off well. I enjoyed the writing and the direction, but things changed quickly-I became confused and somewhat put off, I can’t get over the taboo relationships - it’s disgusting!🙈 Chapter 5 is getting a little steamy.🫧📚 Snuggling my books into their fresh covers and embracing these new little ones. 📚💕 Aahhhh! It’s been months since I last wrote a book review! The moment I finished reading the first book, *Days at the Morisaki Bookshop*, I was anxious and excited at the same time in reading the second one! One of @annecurtissmith‘s book recommendations!📚 Cuteness overload! Aaaaaaahhhhhh!!! Guess who abandoned the reading for snuggles???😹 “I turned off the light and breathed in the book smell that still lingered. It was as familiar as the background surrounding me. But I noticed something slightly different carried on the scent. Suddenly a small ember was rekindled in my heart. I wanted to read between the lines. I wanted to be someone who truly understood the meaning of an author’s words. I wanted to know more people, to be able to engage in deep conversations, and to learn what it was to be human.” (p.199)

Hi, it's me, Jam welcoming you to my little corner of peace. 🍃 I'm happy that you've found your way here.🤗 I am creating this space to share my travel adventures, book reviews, cozy home moments and more. Exploring new places is something I love, especially when I can share those memories with people close to me. Among all the places I've been to, Japan holds a special place in my heart. ♡ When it comes to reading, I'm drawn to genres like thriller, crime novels, suspenseful mysteries, and romcom - but I am always open and looking for my next great read. 😉 Oops! Didn’t I mentioned that I love sprucing up our space and trying out something new? I hope my page sparks your wanderlust and inspire you to dive into a good book and helps you uncover your next favorite read because adventures are best experienced together. ☁️🐣
